Peter Buchner, proprietor, opened Peter’s Steakhouse in 1999. The restaurant is situated in historic downtown Jensen Beach, Florida. The focus at Peter’s Steakhouse is serving only the finest dry aged prime cuts of beef.

The menu features the specialty 1 3/4″ thick cuts of “Peter’s Prime Beef” dry aged for exceptional tenderness and flavor. You can choose New York Strip, Porterhouse or T-bone made to your desired temperature. Som of the favorite supporting sides dishes include Peter’s German Fried Potatoes, Creamed Spinach and Fried Shoe String Onions are house favorites.
