Chuck’s Seafood restaurant is located just at the base of the Hutchinson Island South Causeway bridge in Fort Pierce on the South Beach side. It’s been a local landmark for fine dining with an outdoor view of the inlet and the natural river lagoon seemingly since the beginning of time.

The tented back patio gives you an uninterrupted view of the little islands and wildlife that the lagoon is famous for, and Chuck’s serves up a huge helping of the finest local seafood around.

They offer a terrific Sushi style Tuna special, a Surf & Turf, local fish any way you like it, grilled, blackened, or fired. Seafood is the focus, while steak and chicken dishes are also offered. This place is famous for its fried shrimp and with good reason. Prices range for $3.50 for soup/salad to about $40 for a full on Surf & Turf dinner.

Casual dress and atmosphere, good food and good prices, and the best seat on the lagoon make Chuck’s a must visit in addition to a local landmark.
