Awesome Virtual 3D Fort Pierce - FPRA Projects

November 20th, 2007 · No Comments

Check out these stunning 3D virtual tours of city of Fort Pierce/FPRA project construction sites in historic downtown Fort Pierce. Updated regularly they provide community access to visual status on the development and rebuilding of the city at http://fpvt.net

Look at the finished Human Resource Center project, the Renaissance On The River project down on the water front, tour Marina Square, check out the Orange Ave Post Office (The CeeCee Ross Lyles Post Office?) and more. The projects look great and it’s cool of the city of Ft. Pierce and the FPRA to provide access to updates. Plus the technology of the 3D tours is just unbelievable.

Late in the evening of November 19th, Mayor Bob Benton suggested at the end of the city commission meeting that there was some possibility that the Orange Ave. Post Office building project, which you can check out at the http://fpvt.net link above - may be renamed in honor of Fort Pierce police officer and 9/11 hero CeeCee Ross Lyles. The original proposal was to rename Booker Street, however, it turns out Booker St. was in fact also honorarily named.
